Candy crush jelly

Ive been enjoying the game up until now, even though on most boards it doesnt give you enough moves. But there is a bug on level 177..the second moniker will not come down when the jar is full..no matter what!
I have been trying to contact king care, but no matter where you write into, you just get a note saying to search their sites for questions and answers..you would think with how much money their making they would be able to afford to pay someone to help give a hand when problems like this occur! Im an avid candy crusher, but this is frustrating!
